Review workspace
Check, check, check — with the proof in front of you.
Overtrace does the reading; you make the calls. The review workspace puts the queue, the finding and the page side by side, sorted so the biggest dollars come first, with one keystroke to dispute or substantiate and an assistant that can explain any item.
The problem
Reviewing an audit shouldn’t take as long as doing it.
A thousand rows in a spreadsheet.
No order, no grouping, no way to tell which ten rows are most of the money.
Ten windows open.
The invoice, the timesheets, the receipts, the contract, the workbook — flipping between them for every line.
The same call, a hundred times.
The same kind of exception, decided the same way, one row at a time.
The solution
A queue, a finding & the page — and a decision in one keystroke.
Grouped by type, sorted by dollars
Exceptions and possible exceptions, by category, with the biggest amounts first.
Keyboard-first
Dispute, accept and move on without touching the mouse. Bulk-apply a decision when a pattern is clear.
Precedent on every item
“You allowed 12 of 12 like this across 2 invoices.” Consistency, without a memory test.
An assistant that shows its work
Ask “is the 10 on p.113 really an 8?” or “what will the auditor argue?” It answers from the pages — and only proposes changes for you to apply.
Assign & track
Assign invoices to reviewers, track progress, and see who decided each item.
What passed
Everything that was checked and came out clean, in its own view.
Questions
Common questions.
Does the AI make decisions on its own?
No. Overtrace raises exceptions and explains them; a person disputes or substantiates each one. The assistant can suggest changes, but nothing changes until a reviewer applies it.
Can several people review the same invoice?
Yes. Invoices can be assigned, progress is tracked, and every decision is attributed in the activity log.
